We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Form Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing concrete forms for various construction projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Build and install wooden forms for concrete pours.
- Measure and cut materials accurately.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Willing and able to travel to a variety of job sites; current projects are located: VA, MD, DC & WV.
- Proven experience as a concrete form carpenter.
- Experience with erecting and bracing of gang panel forms, ie. Meva, Peri, Doka, Symons, etc.
- Skilled in tying rebar, and setting anchor bolts"
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in formwork.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance and compliance purposes.
- Competitive base hourly rate ($35.00 to $40.00 DOE)
